Ingredients:
2 potatoes, appropriate amount of starch and salt
Method:
1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into small strips with a knife;
2. Add water to the pot and a little salt and bring to a boil;

Notes
1 Do not cut the potato strips too thin, otherwise they will not taste glutinous enough.
2 Don’t use strong-flavored oil for fried potato chips. Use blended oil or corn oil instead of peanut oil and soybean oil. I tried it and the taste was very bad.
3 When eating, dip it in tomato sauce or sprinkle with salt and pepper. It also has a unique flavor when eaten alone.
