Just bring your ID card and mobile phone and go to the local business hall to handle your own business.

2. Modify through WeChat WeChat official account.

Pay attention to China Mobile's WeChat WeChat official account, click "My Services" to enter the Personal Home Page, click "All", click "Booked Services" to drag to the bottom, click "More Services Processing", select "Change Package" and click to enter and select the required services for processing, and then click "Confirm Processing" to finish.

3. Modification of online business hall

Log in to China Mobile's online business hall, open the traffic package that my mobile phone has subscribed to, and there is a close button behind the traffic package that can be closed. Click unsubscribe to pop up the confirmation menu, and then click the top online business hall button after confirmation.

After opening, select the online package in the package processing under the business, enter the traffic product screening page, select the monthly package of 4G traffic, and select the traffic gear to be processed. The equivalent method is effective immediately. If the next month is equivalent, you can apply for a new package at the beginning of the next month.

4. Modify by manual customer service.

Call the 10086 hotline, and the manual service can change the package for you. It should be noted that some packages are not allowed to be changed during the contract period.
