Knead the dough and ferment it. Not much to say here. Next prepare the meat filling. Grate the radish and marinate with appropriate amount of salt. Wash the bacon and cut into small cubes. It is best to choose bacon that is fat and lean.

Heat the pot and add the fat bacon to boil out the oil, then add the lean meat. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and sugar. Fry briefly and turn off the heat. Pour in shredded radish, sesame oil, and minced green onions and mix well. If the bacon is not oily enough, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

When the flour is fermented, start making the pie. Just like making buns, just flatten them. Can be made smaller for easier frying.
The last step
Heat the pan with oil and add the wrapped pie. Pour in boiling water until just enough to cover the cake. Turn over halfway through and it will be almost ready when the water dries up. It’s great as breakfast with a glass of milk, or as dinner with porridge!
