I tried this yesterday, and it failed, but today it succeeded. Let me talk about my experience:
First of all, the temperature of boiled water on QQ sugar is not enough, and the melted sugar is uneven.
The amount of sugar particles should be just a layer of the bottom of the bowl. The water should be warm water, and the amount of water almost drowns the sugar particles (it's up to you to control this, the height of the water I pour is 3/4 of the sugar particles, and the sugar is very uniform), and then it is heated in the microwave oven for one minute, and the fire is controlled by small fire.
To make pudding, you have to add milk. If you don't add milk, you will make jelly, and it is particularly sticky.
Also pay attention! When you take out the syrup, it is best to pour the milk at room temperature. The frozen milk in the refrigerator is easy to separate from the syrup at high temperature, and it is not a whole pudding. Moreover, the milk should be poured into the syrup while stirring, so as not to stop, so as to avoid stratification. After stirring evenly, wait for 5 minutes, never too long, otherwise it will re-solidify, and then put it in the freezer and freeze for 3 hours. It tastes good.
