The home cooking method of tiger skin and chicken feet is as follows:
Tools/Materials: 5 spoons of salad oil, 1.5 spoons of salt, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 cooking wine spoon, 2 spoons of sugar, 3 green onions, 3 slices of ginger, and 2 chili peppers.
1. Cut off the nails of the chicken feet, and then cut the chicken feet in half.
