How to make sweet and sour orange cakes?
Pick the New Year oranges and wash them, pour them into boiling water and quickly drain them.
Use a knife to flatten an orange, squeeze out the juice and seeds inside, and turn it into an orange cake, then drain it with water.
Put the orange cakes flat on a bamboo sieve and dry them in the sun to make them hard (generally repeated for 3 days in summer). The drier the orange cakes, the better the taste.
Put a small amount of water and sugar into the pot and stir until thick, then add the orange cake and stir-fry quickly. (2 pounds of fresh oranges are about 2 and a half pieces of sugar)
After each piece of orange cake is coated with syrup, place it on a crisper and let it cool before refrigerating it. You can eat it anytime you want.
