Pig brain, salt, monosodium glutamate, dashi, five spice noodles, cooking wine, goji berries
Methods/Steps
Pig brain put in water to soak for a while, and wait until the red tendons of the pig brain floats, the red tendons peeled off. Then drain the pork brain and set aside.
Prepare the wolfberries. The wolfberries should be full grain, reddish in color and thicker in flesh.
Prepare the pot, put in the washed pig brain, and then put in the big spices, five spice noodles, ginger and so on.
Pour in cool water, in order to not over the pig's brain three fingers for good, and then large fire boil into the wolfberry, and then reduce the fire and cook for about two and a half hours.
Cooked to almost cooked when the appropriate amount of fine salt and a small amount of monosodium glutamate, can be out of the pot.
