1. Bone soup can also be stewed in a casserole.
2. For miscellaneous sauce, it is better to use meat chopped by yourself, which can be slightly thicker. It is better to use sweet noodle sauce from Chongqing area, especially Nanquan brand. It is not suitable to use those produced in the north.
3. After the noodles are cooked, add a little cold water to make the noodles stronger.
4. The water spinach tips can be replaced with lettuce or the like.
5. If you are afraid of spiciness or heavy oil, put less red oil chili pepper, or replace it with a little lard to make clear soup and noodles with soy sauce.
Eat the noodles as soon as they are cooked. They will lose their texture after soaking for a while.
