Ingredients: Two pieces of tofu skin.
Accessories: A handful of chopped green onions, a few drops of sesame oil, a spoonful of sesame seeds, an appropriate amount of cooking oil, a spoonful of minced garlic, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, two spoons of balsamic vinegar, a spoonful of chili oil, and pepper oil A few drops, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of chicken essence.
1. Blanch the tofu skin or not.
