1. Clean the bread barrel of the bread machine until it is clean. Take the bread barrel out of the bread machine, pour in the mixed water, milk or eggs and other liquids to prepare the dough.
2. You can choose according to your own taste. If you want to make salty bread, add salt to one corner of the bread barrel. If you like sweetness, add sugar to the other corner of the bread barrel.
3. After adding the ingredients, pour the flour into it and make sure the flour covers the water surface.
4. Don’t rush to stir first. Dig a small hole in the flour and pour in the yeast powder. Don’t forget to ferment this step, otherwise it will affect the making of bread.
5. After everything is ready, install the bread bucket on the bread machine and connect it to the power source.
6. Select the program and use it according to the program of each different bread machine. Select the corresponding dough program, so that you can wait for the dough to rise, press the start button, and the bread machine will start kneading the dough and making bread. The rating process officially begins.
7. The bread machine will automatically stop after mixing for a period of time. At this time, press and hold the "Start/Stop" button for three seconds to end the program. Otherwise the dough will start to ferment.
8. After mixing, add softened butter and repeat the "dough making" process again until the dough reaches an expanded state.
9. Some bread machines have special functions, such as the reservation function, etc., and accessories such as sesame, pine nuts or raisins can be added to them, depending on the bread machine.
