125g flour, 170g milk powder, 3g baking powder, 7g baking soda, 6g salt, 240g whole wheat flour, 150g sugar, 4 eggs, lightly beaten, 710ml water, 55g butter, melted, 45ml vinegar

1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Then mix in the whole wheat flour. Using a small bowl, mix together the sugar, eggs, water, butter and vinegar. Then make a crater in the center of the flour mixture then pour in the egg mixture and mix well.
2. Heat a little oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Scoop about 1/4 cup as a pancake onto the skillet. Brown both sides and eat while hot.
