Ingredients: Porphyra (appropriate amount), egg (one)

Steps of egg laver soup
1. Tear the laver, pour two drops of sesame oil on it, and put it in a bowl for later use.
2. Put the salt and washed shrimp into the pot and start cooking.
3. Break up the eggs and add some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
4. After the water in the pot is boiled, put the egg liquid in a circle and pour it into the pot.
