The preparation method of homemade stinky tofu is as follow:
(1) Prepare the materials first: tofu, cumin powder, Chili powder, coriander and minced garlic;
(2) Slice or dice tofu, and the thicker it is, the better.
(3) Stir and crush the tofu milk block, add a proper amount of water, soak the cut fresh tofu in it, cover it, and place it in the shade for about 24 hours;
(4) Take the bean curd marinated for one day and one night, and fry until golden brown;
(5) Sprinkle cumin powder, Chili powder, coriander, minced garlic, and finally pour some stinky tofu milk.
