Method for make vinegar kelp
Ingredients: kelp, tender ginger and pepper.
Seasoning: soy sauce, sesame oil, black vinegar and white sesame seeds.
Practice:
1) First shred the tender ginger and pepper for later use.
2) The kelp is soaked in hot water first, and then rolled into round shreds for later use.
3) Add water to the pot and boil, then add kelp to boil until soft.
