Practice of Tofu Mixed with Tofu by Toona sinensis
Prepare ingredients;
Dice tofu, blanch in boiling water for a while, drain and plate;
Wash the old roots of Toona sinensis bud, blanch for a while until the color turns green, take out, cut into pieces and put them on the tofu block;
Sprinkle with a rub of dried Chili noodles and appropriate amount of salt. Don't put Chili noodles if you don't like spicy food.
Put some oil and some pepper in the pot, stir-fry the pepper, pour the pepper oil on the tofu while it is hot, and mix well.
