4. Take one of the small pieces of dough, flatten it with your palms or roll it into a round shape with a rolling pin, and put 1 tablespoon of bean paste filling in the middle.
5. Wrap the filling in the middle of the dough in the same way as a bun, and pinch the closing edge downwards. Wrap the remaining dough in this way.
6. After all the dough is wrapped, gently flatten it with your palms and sprinkle a few cooked white sesame seeds on the surface.
7. Connect the electric baking pan to the power supply. After it is heated, pour a few drops of cooking oil and brush evenly. Put in the wrapped pie dough, cover the electric baking pan, and heat up and down. It is recommended to leave a little space between each pie. During the frying process, the patties will become more fluffy and prevent them from sticking together.
8. After frying one side until golden brown, turn it over with a spatula, cover the lid and continue frying the other side. Fry both sides until golden brown, turn off the power, and serve out of the pan.
