Boiled shrimp
Composition:
200g fresh shrimp, 1 slice of ginger, 2 shallots, 2 spoonfuls of cooking wine.
Exercise:
1) Put water, ginger slices and shallots into a pot, tie them into knots, and bring the cooking wine to a boil.

Braised shrimp with red wine and onion
Exercise:
1) Wash the shrimp, remove the shell and shrimp line, and control the moisture.
2) Cut the onion in half, face down, and cut into filaments.
3) Put the butter block into the pot, and after it is melted, put the shrimp into the pot, fry until both sides change color, and take it out for later use. Braised shrimp
Composition:
Shrimp, onion, tomato sauce, sugar, cooking wine, salt, oil consumption, minced garlic, vegetable oil, coriander.
Exercise:
1) Shrimp first goes to the shrimp line, cuts along the shrimp back and picks it out.
2) Pour the vegetable oil into the pan, heat it to 80% heat, then pour the shrimp into the oil pan and fry until the shrimp changes color.
