Foreword
Hexagonal loofah is thick, juicy and sweet. I haven’t eaten it for a long time. I saw some at the market today so I bought two and fried them with the sausage. I didn’t expect it to be delicious.
Ingredients
Ingredients: 300g hexagonal loofah, 150g sausage;
Accessories: 10g garlic cloves, 10g chopped chili, 1g MSG
Stir-fried sausage with loofah

Remove tendons, peel and cut the loofah into cubes.

Crack the garlic cloves and mince them.

Cut the sausage into shreds with a diagonal knife.

Heat oil in a wok, add sausage and stir-fry.

When the sausage is rolled out of oil, add chopped garlic and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the loofah pieces and stir-fry.

Add chopped chili and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little water and simmer to reduce the juice.
Tips
1. The tendons of the hexagonal loofah must be removed.
2. The bacon sausage and chopped chili peppers have already been salted, so there is no need to add salt when frying the loofah.
3. The taste will be more delicious if simmered in bone broth.
