Yuba and fungus soup
Ingredients: 150 grams of yuba, 100 grams of black fungus, appropriate amounts of peanut oil, sesame oil, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, water starch, ginger, green onions, and clear soup.

Main ingredients: about 100 grams of yuba, 8 quail eggs, about 30 grams of snow fungus, about 350 grams of rock sugar, and 6 cups of water.
