How to make Korean bean sprout soup?
Ingredients:

Anchovy 30g, soybean sprouts 250g, green onion 20g, garlic 20g, sesame seeds 3 tbsp, chili noodles 2 tbsp, sesame oil 1 tbsp, soy sauce 2 tbsp, rice 5 cups, shrimp paste 3 tbsp.

1) Boil soybean sprouts in 3 cups of water and remove and mix with condiments.

(2)Put anchovies in 10 cups of water to make anchovy paste soup and mix it with the soup in which soybean sprouts were cooked.

(3) Put the rice in a casserole dish, put shrimp paste, green onion, garlic and soybean sprouts on top, and pour a lot of soup with soy sauce to simmer.
