Gb 7718-2011is one of the national standards of food labeling series, and the corresponding national standards are: GB 13432-2004 "General Rules for Labeling of prepackaged foods for Special Diets" (instead of GB13432-/kloc).
This standard applies to prepackaged foods labels directly provided to consumers and prepackaged foods labels indirectly provided to consumers. This standard does not apply to labels for food storage, transportation and packaging, and labels for bulk food and ready-to-eat and ready-to-eat food that provide protection for prepackaged foods during storage and transportation.
Basic situation of standard drafting
In 2006, "General Rules for Labeling in prepackaged foods" was included in the revision plan of national food safety standard 20 1 1 month, and was officially launched on 20 17 1 month. From February 2065438 to February 2007, questionnaires were distributed to consumers, food safety supervisors and food production and operation enterprises to collect suggestions from all sectors of society on the revision of standards, as well as complaints, reports and court cases caused by food labeling.
