The method of garlic and red amaranth

Choose a proper amount of red amaranth, then wash it a little and soak it in light salt water for about half an hour.

Then use a sieve to pour amaranth into it and filter to dry it for later use.

Take a proper amount of garlic, peel it and chop it into garlic paste for later use.

Put the right amount of oil into the pot and burn it for seven or eight minutes, then pour in the garlic paste and saute.

Then pour the amaranth into the pot and stir-fry, add a proper amount of salt and stir-fry until the leaves of the amaranth are wilted.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.
