Sauteed whitebait with leeks
Prepare ingredients:

Specific methods:
1. Soak dried whitebait for about 40 minutes,

Prepare ingredients:
An appropriate amount of dried whitebait, a little ginger powder, a little five-spice powder, a little salt, 1 tsp cooking wine, 2 teaspoons of starch, 1 egg, appropriate amount of cooking oil
Specific methods:
1. After soaking the dried whitebait, add ginger powder, allspice powder, salt and eggs (as long as Egg white) and starch, stir evenly, and marinate for twenty minutes.
2. Heat the oil in the pot until it is 50% hot. Put the whitebait into the pot and fry over low heat. Do not pour the whitebait in one plate at a time. In the pot, it is easy to stick together.
3. Fry until golden brown, remove the oil and arrange on a plate. Eat it directly and it will be very fragrant. You can also dip it in tomato sauce or black pepper juice according to your personal preference
