Material
Seaweed, kelp knots (optional), dried shrimps, fresh ginger slices (one piece), chopped green onion, salt, soy sauce (Haitian flavor is very fresh), belu (optional), white pepper
practice
1. Rinse seaweed and dried seaweed with water in advance and soak until hair is made. Then drain the water and set aside. If there are scallops, please rinse them and soak them in clean water separately. Do not throw away the water for soaking the scallops. Adding them to the soup later will also enhance the flavor.
2. Heat a pan with cold oil and sauté chopped green onions and ginger slices until fragrant. Add dried water to remove dried shrimps and sauté until fragrant.
3. Pour in boiling water. After the water boils, pour in the dried seaweed. After boiling for another two minutes, add salt, soy sauce, and white pepper. Turn off the heat and start drinking.
