What food can breast cancer eat to prevent? How to conduct self-examination for breast cancer?
Breast is a beautiful and lovely symbol of women, but breast diseases are increasing this year. As the most common breast disease, breast cancer is known as the number one "beauty killer". But many women don't know enough about the harm and severity of breast cancer, let alone self-examination and prevention. So what foods can breast cancer eat to prevent it? How to conduct self-examination for breast cancer?

1, food for preventing breast cancer

1, eat food containing lactic acid bacteria in moderation.

Recently, the Dutch Cancer Foundation and an institute of toxicology and nutrition jointly conducted an epidemiological study. None of the women surveyed in the study had any predisposing factors for breast cancer. The researchers divided the women surveyed into two groups. The women in group/kloc-0 insist on drinking 250 ml of yogurt every day, while the women in group 2 don't drink yogurt at all. The results show that the probability of breast cancer in the first group is 50% lower than that in the second group. This study confirmed that drinking yogurt regularly can effectively prevent breast cancer. Yogurt contains highly active lactic acid bacteria and streptococcus thermophilus. The products they produce can affect enterohepatic circulation in human body. Enterohepatic circulation determines the body's absorption of fat. If enterohepatic circulation is affected, it will reduce the body's absorption of fat. Therefore, in order to reduce the incidence of breast cancer, female friends should develop the good habit of drinking 1 cup of yogurt every day.

2. Pay attention to ingesting enough foods containing vitamin A.

According to an 8-year survey conducted by Harvard University in the United States, if women's vitamin A intake is insufficient, their chances of developing breast cancer will increase by 20%. If women can often eat foods containing vitamin A, such as carrots, potatoes, lentils, pumpkins, tomatoes, garlic, asparagus, celery, spinach, egg yolk, sheep liver, apricots, lemons, wheat germ and vegetable oil, breast cancer can be effectively prevented. Experts believe that if women can insist on taking a proper amount of vitamin A every day, the possibility of breast cancer will be reduced by 40% after half a year.

3, often eat some food containing iodine.

Modern medical research shows that eating seaweed food such as kelp and laver can prevent breast cancer. The incidence of breast cancer in Japanese women is much lower than that in American women, which may be related to the traditional eating habits of Japanese people who like to eat seaweed food. Experts believe that countries with high incidence of breast cancer have something to do with people's iodine deficiency there. It is found that the blood of tumor patients is mostly acidic, and seaweed, a food with more iodine and calcium, can adjust and balance the pH of blood, thus playing a certain role in preventing cancer. In addition, seaweed food also has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, softening and resolving hard mass, which is consistent with the viewpoint of preventing and treating breast cancer in Chinese medicine theory.

4. Eat some foods containing selenium and zinc properly.

With the deepening of scientific research, it has been found that foods containing trace elements zinc and selenium have special effects on preventing breast cancer. Therefore, at present, women in some western countries have formed an upsurge of eating foods containing selenium and zinc. It is found that selenium can prevent the combination of carcinogens and DNA in normal cells, thus playing a role in preventing and treating cancer, especially in delaying the life of breast cancer patients. Zinc can inhibit cancer in different parts of the human body. Foods with high selenium content include fish, pork loin, shepherd's purse, garlic, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and pumpkins. Foods with high zinc content include oysters, mackerel, eels, kelp, beans, sesame seeds and walnuts.

2, breast cancer self-examination method

Every female friend can touch the breast once a month. Self-examination is best two or three days after the monthly menstrual period, because the breasts are soft and tender at this time. Self-examination of breasts can be divided into four steps:

Step 1: Stand in front of the mirror and observe whether there are any abnormal changes in the appearance of your breast, such as whether there are secretions on the nipple, or whether there are wrinkles and dimples on the breast skin.

Step 2: Lift the left arm and touch the left breast with three or four fingers of the right hand in a circular motion to check whether there is a lump. Starting from the outer upper part of the breast, then the inner upper part, the inner lower part, the outer lower part, and finally the nipple part. At the same time, pay attention to the area between breast and armpit, including armpit.

Step 3: Squeeze the nipple gently to see if there is secretion flowing out. Check the right breast in the same way as in the third step of the second season.

Step 4: Use the same method as in the second and third steps, but this time lie flat to check your breast. This posture makes the breast flat and easy to find deeper lumps.

3. Early symptoms of breast cancer

1. In the early stage of breast cancer, there is usually a lump in the breast, but some breast cancer patients do not have a lump, but they often feel local discomfort, especially postmenopausal women, sometimes they feel mild pain and discomfort in one breast, or one shoulder and back is heavy, sore and uncomfortable, and even pull the upper arm on that side.

2. In early breast cancer, the breast will touch a lump the size of a broad bean, which is generally hard and can move. Under normal circumstances, there will be no pain, but some people will have symptoms such as dull pain and tingling.

3. The appearance of the breast will change. The swelling of the skin can be seen in the place where the lump occurs, and some parts appear orange peel-like, and even symptoms such as edema, eczema and discoloration may occur.

4. The nipple retracts, invaginates, the breast skin is sunken, the nipple is eroded, and the nipple is asymmetrical.
