Electric grilling is better. Convenient, easy to use and safe.
At present, there are three mainstream barbecue grills: electric, butane and charcoal. So which barbecue grill should we choose?
Butane barbecue grills use canned compressed butane gas as fuel and use open flames for barbecues (as shown in the picture above). Butane gas produces carbon dioxide and water vapor when burned, but if the oxygen supply is insufficient, carbon and carbon monoxide will be produced, causing human poisoning or even death (refer to carbon monoxide poisoning), which can be considered harmless to a certain extent. The advantage of a butane barbecue is that it is relatively fast for grilling. The disadvantages are that it is not suitable for indoor use (carbon monoxide is easily generated in a poorly ventilated environment), open flames are dangerous, and it uses compressed cans to store flammable items. It is expensive and is not recommended for ordinary users to grill. For use only by professional barbecue professionals.
Charcoal barbecue is a barbecue stove that uses the heat energy generated by burning charcoal to barbecue. It has been used by humans for a long time. When charcoal is burned, carbon dioxide will be produced. However, if the oxygen supply is insufficient, carbon monoxide will be produced, which can lead to human poisoning or even Death (same as Butane Grill). When charcoal is burned, a large amount of fumes will be produced that are harmful to the human body due to the high temperature. In particular, grease dripping on the high-temperature charcoal will produce carcinogens, and the flying carbon ash will fly onto the food and be ingested by the human body (as shown in the picture above). The advantages of charcoal barbecue are that it is suitable for outdoor use (and can avoid carbon monoxide poisoning) and is fast for grilling (slower than butane and slightly faster than electricity). The disadvantages are that open flames are more dangerous, have the risk of carcinogens, are more expensive (cheaper than butane, more expensive than electricity), and are more suitable for outdoor barbecues. When purchasing a charcoal barbecue grill, you should choose a smokeless model to minimize the harm to your health.
