Steps for Garlic-Scented Fried Spare Ribs
1
Chop the spare ribs into small pieces, rinse them, drain them well, put them into a dish and pour in cooking wine and soy sauce and stir them well, add in the garlic (a little amount) that has been patted loose, ginger and green onion, seal them with plastic wrap and let it sit for 4 hours. Marinate for 4 hours.
2
Pour in the dry cornstarch and stir well so that each piece of ribs is evenly coated with a layer of cornstarch.
3
Pour oil into a pot and heat it over high heat. When the oil is 80% hot, add the ribs and fry them for 20 seconds, then change the heat to medium-low and continue frying for about 2-3 minutes.
4
Put a little bit of oil in a frying pan, change the heat to low, put in the breadcrumbs and the remaining garlic and stir-fry until golden brown and fragrant, then put in the pork ribs, salt and sugar, and then put in the Jinfeihong spicy peanuts and stir-fry for 1 minute.
