1. Ingredients: 500 grams of mutton, 400 grams of white radish, 50 grams of orange peel, 50 grams of wolfberry, appropriate amount of onion and ginger, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, and appropriate amount of pepper.
2. Cut the mutton into pieces, peel and cut the white radish into pieces, and slice the ginger.
3. Put water in the pot, put the mutton in cold water, add orange peel, a large piece of radish and a small piece of ginger. Wait until the water boils (orange peel and radish have the effect of removing odor). Remove all the blood foam, take it out and rinse with clean water.
4. Add boiling water to the pot, add the blanched mutton cubes, green onions, and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat, add cooking wine, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 1 hour.
5. Add the white radish, increase the heat and cook for 30 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste. When the white radish becomes soft and transparent, take it out of the pot. Sprinkle the wolfberry and coriander leaves and it is ready to eat.
