Cut the carrots into dices and set aside. Then cut some garlic granules. If you like chili peppers, you can cut some shredded chili peppers and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and saute until fragrant. Add corn and stir-fry for a while before adding. Add the diced carrots and stir-fry, then add some salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and chili shreds and stir-fry evenly. Wait until it is almost cooked and serve on a plate.
