1. Stir-fried king crab with green onion.
Ingredients:
1 king crab, 1 green onion, 1 ginger, 3 small peppers, 4 garlic, light soy sauce.
Method:
(1) Buy a whole fresh king crab at the market.
(2) Clean, dismantle the crab, and cut off the crab legs with scissors.
(3) Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, cut the pepper into sections, and smash the garlic with the back of a knife.
(4) Heat the oil pan, stir-fry the onion, ginger, garlic and pepper until fragrant.
(5) Put the cut crab pieces into the pot and fry for a while, then cover the pot and simmer until it changes color.
(6) Add a little light soy sauce to form a plate before serving.
2. Curry king crab.
Ingredients:
One king crab, 30 grams of curry, 1 large bowl of water, 2 slices of ginger, a section of green onion, and 2 cloves of garlic.
Method:
(1) Wash the king crab carefully with a brush.
(2) Cut into pieces and set aside.
(3) Chop onion, ginger and garlic. Pour cold oil into hot pan and sauté until fragrant.
(4) Add curry and stir-fry over low heat until melted.
(5) Pour in the king crab.
(6) Put in a bowl of water. Don't use too much water to cover two-thirds of the crab.
3. Spicy king crab.
Ingredients:
One king crab, 50g of green onions, ginger, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of Pixian bean paste.
Method:
(1) Wash the surface of the crab shell with clean water and cut it into small pieces with scissors.
(2) Cut the onion and ginger into shreds and set aside.
(3) Heat the oil in the pot until it is 60% hot, add the onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant, then add the bean paste and stir-fry until the aroma comes out, add the king crab, add cooking wine, and stir-fry for three minutes. Then simmer for two minutes and it's ready to serve.
