Seasoning: 3 grams of salt, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of blending oil and appropriate amount of sugar.
1. Prepare ingredients, wash and cut into sections for later use.
2. Put oil in the pot and heat it to 70%. Stir-fry chicken liver and ginger slices for 2 to 3 minutes.
