1. First clean 1000g bamboo shoots, as shown below:
2. After draining, marinate with 100g salt for three hours, as shown in the following figure:
3. Put the bamboo shoots into the pot, as shown in the following figure:
4. Add 50g pepper, 20g ginger slices and100g salt, as shown in the following figure:
5. Pour 1000g water and seal it, as shown in the following figure:
6. Just leave it for half a month and soak it in sour bamboo shoots, as shown below:
