Study on submerged culture and chemical composition analysis of 1. mycelium

The Department of Biology, West China University of Medical Sciences (Zhao Chengyu et al., 1988) studied the submerged culture of termites in different media, and analyzed the components of the cultured mycelium. The main points and results are as follows:

The strains used were collected from Xichang, Sichuan, and obtained by tissue separation and purification. The formula of liquid medium used is: peptone 2%, sucrose 2%, magnesium sulfate 1.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.3%, vitamin b11mg/100 ml. Yeast extract 0. 1%, sucrose 3, magnesium sulfate 0.05%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0. 1, sodium nitrate 0.3% and potassium chloride 0.05%. 2% peptone, the rest is the same as the formula 1. The PH value of the above formula was adjusted to 6.

Three kinds of liquid culture media were sterilized and inoculated with liquid strains, and the inoculation amount was 10%. The mycelium was cultured with shaking at 26℃ for 36 hours, and the shaking speed was 1 10 rpm, and the dry weight of mycelium was determined. The results showed that the dry weight of mycelium in formula ① was 805g/L, and that in formula ② was 1 1.

2. It is10g/L. After 24 hours of culture, the biomass begins to decrease.

The dried mycelium was collected for chemical composition analysis. The results showed that protein content was 49.2%, fat content was 805%, carbohydrate content was 65438 00.8%, ash content was 3.9%, calcium content was 36.8 mg/65438 000 g, and phosphorus content was 65438 05.0 mg/65438 000 g, per 65438. The total amount is 365438 0.76 g ... Among 18 basic acids, glutamic acid (3.29 g) is the highest, followed by isoleucine (3.23 g) and asparagus.
