General schools don't pay much attention to the content of the application for joining the party. Mostly it's just a formality, unless the school finds fault with you. It doesn't matter whether you are good or not. Only the teacher knows what that critical letter means, but it shouldn't be in your file. If you pay enough attention to this problem and want to know, talk to the teacher directly or communicate with the teacher privately! Remember, powerful people will always be seen!
