Ingredients: half old duck, 400g taro.
Accessories: dried tangerine peel 1 jiao, salt.
Production method
1. Wash the slaughtered old duck, cut it into pieces, and scoop it up in water;
2. Wash and peel taro;
3. Soak the dried tangerine peel with clear water and scrape off the white pulp;
4. Boil the water in the earthenware pot, add all the ingredients, boil with strong fire, turn to slow fire for one and a half hours, and season with salt.
Practice 2
Recipe raw materials
Old duck, taro, carrot, onion, ginger, minced garlic, fragrant leaves, salt, aniseed.
Production method
1 Chop the ducks into pieces, put them in a casserole and add water. After the water boils, filter out the impurities continuously. Add onion, ginger, fragrant leaves and aniseed, and stew for 2 hours;
2, taro, carrots cut into pieces, put into the casserole and stew with the duck for 30 minutes. Add salt to taste before taking out the pot;
3. Sprinkle minced green garlic after cooking.
