Fried pork with salted vegetables
1 blister for salted head vegetables 1 hour, and water needs to be changed twice in the middle.
2 Wash the meat and slice it.
3 peanuts are fried.
4. Remove the clothes from the fried peanuts, and wash and chop the soaked salted vegetables.
5 hot oil pan, saute garlic slices and ginger slices.
6 pour in the sliced meat and stir-fry until it turns color.

Tips
When frying peanuts, use a small fire and keep turning with a shovel, otherwise it will burn easily. Wash salted vegetables with water several times, and it will not be too salty if you soak them in water for a long time.
