Composition:
Tenderloin? A pot with juice? Shredded carrots? Onions? Coriander salt? Corn flour? Edible oil ginger and garlic
1. Slice lean meat, add a little salt, corn flour and cooking oil, and stir well for later use.
2. Heat the oil. When the oil is hot, fry the spare lean meat in a pot until both sides are golden.
3. Reheat the pot with hot oil, stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then pour in the fried shredded lean meat, shredded carrot and shredded onion and stir-fry.
4. Finally, add the juice in the pot and cook until it is thick.
