Ingredients: 2500g goose?
Accessories: 20g oil, 7g salt, 100g light soy sauce, 50g dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of dried chili, 30g rock sugar, 30g ginger, appropriate amount of shallots, beer 2 bottles, appropriate amount of star anise, appropriate amount of coriander
Step 1: Clean the goose and cut into pieces for later use.
Step 2: Prepare seasonings
Step 3: Prepare light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and beer
Step 4: First blanch the goose meat in cold water. Remove and wash.
Step 5: Pour oil into the pot, add star anise, ginger and green onions and sauté until fragrant
Step 6: Add goose meat and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 7: Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until all the goose meat is colored
Step 8: Pour in beer
Step 9: Again Add rock sugar and dried chili pepper
Step 10: Cover with high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until cooked and crispy (about an hour)
Step 11: Try the taste later Add salt to taste
Step 12: Turn to high heat to reduce the juice, then turn off the heat and remove from the pot
Step 13: Put it into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped coriander and enjoy.
