At the same time, according to the Supreme People's Court's explanation on several issues concerning the specific application of laws in the trial of criminal cases of destroying wildlife resources: Article 1 "Precious and endangered wild animals" as stipulated in the first paragraph of Article 341 of the Criminal Law include the national first-class and second-class protected wild animals listed in the national key protected wild animal list, the wild animals listed in Appendices 1 and 2 of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, and the above-mentioned species domesticated and propagated.
