Exercise:
1. Replace both sides of chicken wings with flower knives, add garlic slices, ginger slices, one spoonful of cooking wine, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, appropriate amount of black pepper and salt, and pour off the excess juice.
Marinate for an hour
