What is Chicken and Bean Blossom Soup with Cui Juice? The English menu attached to this article sounds too rustic (and unpoetic and uneducated) to be called "Chicken Bean Curd Soup". In fact, chickpea flower is a kind of Sichuan cuisine made of chicken that looks like tofu flower, does not contain tofu, but requires strong hand and knife skills (see Teach You to Make Gourmet Chicken Bean Flower /561337.html). Cui Juice may refer to a green, nutritious vegetable juice.
What does red star grouper look like? The English menu just says " Grouper", which doesn't sound aesthetically pleasing at all. I looked it up, the red star grouper may refer to the red grouper with stars (also may be grouper with red spots), the English is "Red Spotted Grouper" kind of like the beautiful red fish shown in the picture below:
