Boil over high fire, and put more water on it. Wait for the water to boil before adding chaos, wait for a minute or two before boiling, add some cold water before boiling, and continue to burn for 4-6 minutes. Shake well in the meantime to prevent sticking or confusion.

(4) adding cold water:
Put the wonton in, boil the water again, and pour a small amount of cold water. This process is best repeated three times. Pour in cold water and stir, so that the wonton won't break the skin.
(5) adding vinegar:
If you are still afraid that the wonton will break, add some salt and vinegar when cooking, so that the wonton will not break.
