You can buy the mussel shells from the fishers in Southsea Town and get the mussel meat with fishy smell, you can get another 40 points, then go to the Valley of Thorns to fish, the pattern is the same as the one you bought in Southsea Town, the cooking can be up to 225 now, go to Gadgetson and find a goblin chef (the one with the chopper) to do the quests, you can become a master, the quests need 20 Ottoman Cold Cream Cheese (Storm City NPCs to buy, or you can buy it in the Cave of Time), 10 of them. Tasty Mussels (fight turtles in Gadgetson Beach) 12 eggs (fight carrion birds in Gadgetson, watch out for bird piles wherever there are bones) Fishing 225 in the Dusty Swamp, find an NPC to do a quest to master level, tell you to go to 4 places to fish for the quest fish, you can go to Gadgetson and fish for the culinary level of 250 (there is a recipe in Gadgetson Beach), then go to the Western Plague, and fish for the OXX Fish (I can't remember the name of it) in the water outside of the College of the Spirit, you can get to 280, and go to Feathermoon. If you don't have enough fishing skills to get to 280, you can go to the barren land and fish for mutant fish to make wind snakes (3G a piece), or you can just find a pool to practice in, and there are also underwater fishing machines (+100) for engineering.
