Fried meat with purple cabbage
Ingredients: a catty of lean pork and half a cabbage.
Seasoning: salt, soy sauce, sugar, corn flour.
Exercise:
1. Slice pork and marinate with soy sauce, sugar and corn flour for half an hour. Shred purple cabbage.
2. Put oil in the wok, add shredded purple cabbage and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, add a little salt to taste, and then serve.
3. Put oil in a hot pan, pour the marinated pork, add a little water so that the pork won't burn, and then fry for 5-6 minutes on low heat.
4. Put the pork into the fried shredded cabbage dish.
Purple cabbage salad
Ingredients: 3 pieces of purple cabbage, half a cucumber, 5 broccoli, 4 cherry tomatoes, a little sweet corn, salt, olive oil and salad dressing.
Exercise:
1. Blanch the leaves of Chinese cabbage with boiling water and cut into filaments. Peel the cucumber and cut it into diagonal strips. Cut the cherry tomato in half. Tear broccoli into small flowers. Blanch the corn kernels and take them out.
2. Put the above materials into a bowl, add a little salt and stir well. After 3 minutes, remove excess water, pour in olive oil and salad dressing and mix well.
