My method is for reference:
1. Prepare a sealable container
2. Wash the grapes (do not wash off the white stuff on the surface of the grapes. Because it plays a role in fermentation) drain and dry
3. Mash the grapes (you can also crush them) and remove impurities (such as grape stems, etc.)
4. Put them in a container ,seal. Ferment for about 7 to 10 days (depending on the temperature of the surrounding environment)
5. After fermentation, filter out the residue (grape skins, grape seeds, etc.)
6. Put it in the Put it into a container, then you can add rock sugar and a small amount of white wine and continue fermenting for more than 10 days.
