Practice steps:
1. Prepare the required ingredients.
2. Ribs and mushrooms, corn rinsed with water, corn cut into sections, yam also cut into hobnail pieces.
3. First, blanch the ribs, pour the appropriate amount of water into the pot, put the ribs, then add a tablespoon of cooking wine and a little pepper, open the fire to boil.
4. When the water boils, you can clip or fish up the ribs, drain the water and pour out the water in the pot.
5. Prepare a new pot of water, add the ribs, corn, yam and mushrooms to the pot, turn on high heat and bring to a boil.
6. When the boiling water comes to a boil, turn the heat to medium-low and continue to simmer for half an hour until cooked.
7. During the cooking process, tilt the lid of the pot a little bit, so that the soup pot has air space.
8. Add a tbsp of cooking wine before removing from the pot.
9. Add salt and chicken seasoning to taste.
10. Finally sprinkle a little chopped green onion.
