In 1994, the company changed its name to Luoyang City Dairy General Corporation, the scale of production, product quality has increased dramatically, "Baima Temple" milk has flown into the homes of ordinary people, becoming a necessity for the people's table.

In September 1999, the company introduced European advanced UHT aseptic milk production line and stirred sour milk production line, forming an annual output of 40,000 tons of aseptic milk scale, "Juer" brand was born, and once again became a pioneer to lead the development of the dairy industry in the Central Plains.

In January 2003, the company responded to the call of the provincial and municipal governments to withdraw from the state-owned sequence of state-owned enterprises restructured into a private enterprise, the establishment of Luoyang Juer Dairy Co.

In February 2004, the largest aseptic milk production base in the Central Plains was put into operation in Luoyang National Hi-tech Zone.

In 2005, the company introduced Australian cows and built an ecological farm with purebred Australian cows. The company's milk sources all realize the model of dairy cattle base feeding, to ensure the health and safety of milk sources.

In 2006, Juhr took the lead in the province to realize "two 100%" (i.e., 100% raw milk from pollution-free livestock bases, and 100% fully enclosed mechanized milking), and realized the fully enclosed milk source safety project.
