Additional answers: three meals a day, breakfast should be full and eat well, otherwise 9 to 10 am blood sugar drops, memory loss, and even lethargy. It is best to have 1 to 2 eggs, boiled in plain water or steamed into an omelette. You should have a hearty meal at noon. Dinner should not eat too much, otherwise the stomach is heavily congested, and the blood supply to the brain is insufficient when studying at night. Evening revision late in the night can be 1 hour before bedtime to eat some milk, cake, cookies and so on hunger.
The following is a week before the examination for reference nutritional recipes:

Tuesday: Breakfast: corn nest, milk (or soy milk), brined five-spice salt tea egg 1, tofu milk (1/4 block) Fruit: loquat (or everlasting fruit) 3-4 Chinese food: peanut rice, minced pork and eggplant, scallion mashed potatoes, duck and seaweed soup Dinner: winter amaranth rarebit, bean-sandwich buns, shredded pork with vegetables and peppers and squeezed vegetables
Wednesday: Breakfast: fresh meat buns, milk (or soy milk), salted duck egg (?), veggie stir-fried Three shreds (lettuce, white radish, carrot) Fruit: one duck pear (or watermelon) Chinese dinner: rice with red dates, soybean-roasted beef, dry-fried string beans, enoki mushroom and seaweed egg soup Dinner: three kinds of fresh noodle cubes (pork liver, ham sausage, black fungus, flat mushrooms), sautéed spinach, shredded potatoes with green peppers
Thursday: Breakfast: applesauce rolls, milk (or soymilk), one boiled poached egg, stir-fried pickled cowpeas Fruit: bananas (or cucumber) 1 stick Chinese food: two rice (black rice, standard rice), mushrooms, yellow flowers, black fungus, sliced meat, red pepper fried cucumber, white radish, seaweed and pork ribs soup Dinner: soybean milk and rice, scallion pancakes, shredded celery and meat with vegetables and peppers
Friday: breakfast: meat bun with soy sauce, milk (or soybean milk), veggie stir-fry with three shredded vegetables (lettuce, white radish, carrots), quail eggs 2 Fruit: kiwifruit (or peaches) 1-2 pcs Chinese food: Rice with adzuki beans, roasted duck with konjac, sautéed cauliflower with red peppers, winter amaranth soup with fish head and shiitake mushrooms Dinner: celery and pork buns, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, tofu brain with minced meat
Saturday: Breakfast: bread, milk (or soymilk), 1 fried egg, marinated five-spice tofu jerky Fruit: strawberries (or plums) 5-6 pcs Lunch: two-rice rice (rice, millet), five-spice ratatouille, five-color silversilver threads (soy bean sprouts, carrots, lettuce), chicken leg mushrooms, wood ear vegetables, pork liver soup Dinner: corn porridge, egg hair cake, shredded pork with fish
Sunday: Breakfast: rolls with sesame sauce, milk (or soy milk), 1 hard-boiled egg, anchovies in black bean sauce Fruit: apples (or radish) 1 Lunch: gold and silver rice (corn grits, speckled rice), black fungus, bamboo shoots and roasted chicken, sweet and sour Chinese cabbage, pumpkin soup with green beans Dinner: chives, pork dumplings, garoupa vine vine vegetables with garlic puree, Stir-fried cowpeas with minced meat.
