Sweet potato stems 500g
Cooking oil 5g
Garlic 3 cloves
Soy beans 1 tbsp
Soy sauce a little
Salt a little
How to make Stir-fried Sweet Potato Stems (Simplified Version) ?
Wash and cut the sweet potato stems! Cut and cook in hot water
Pour in cooking oil, turn on low heat and when the oil is hot, put in the garlic, soy beans (no soy beans can be replaced with soybean paste)
Then put in the sweet potato stems, turn it over twice and then put in the soy sauce, salt (because the soy beans are salty, so salt must be put in sparingly)
Then switch to high heat and stir fry, two minutes can be out of the pan! Remember not to stir fry too long
Out of the pot!
Tips
Tips: If you can eat spicy friends can pour in the oil into the small red chili, the flavor is better! (Since I don't eat spicy, I won't do spicy here!)
