The practice of Sihong blood-nourishing porridge:
1, all materials except brown sugar and red dates are mixed and washed for two or three times.
2. Add a proper amount of water to soak the materials and put them in the refrigerator for overnight.
3. When cooking the next day, pour it into the pot together with the water for soaking the material, bring it to a boil with high fire, turn to low heat, cover it (leave a seam) and cook for 50-60 minutes.
4. Add the red dates when there are still 20 minutes left, add the brown sugar at the end, stir until it melts, and then turn off the fire.
